Integration of USB Key and Fingerprint Scanner (1D and 2D)
Scanning the fingerprint by inserting the BioBio key into USB port will perform user identification and other operations such as automatic logon of Windows and access to encrypted documents.
Any document or file can be encrypted.
There is no limitation on document format in general, so any data such as picture document, image document, music document, etc. can be encrypted.
Automatic encryption
Automatic encryption and decryption can be done by only inserting it into the USB port without requiring any unnecessary operations.
Encryption algorithm options
There are six encryption algorithm options available for individual user's need. The default encryption algorithm is RC6.
User-generated Key
The Key can be generated based on individual need. The access control for each data partition can be set up separately in every Key.
Limitation on usage of FD drive, MO drive, etc.
When your local PC is internally connected to a FD drive, MO drive, etc., such drive can be set up so that these drives can not be used (read only) unless the Key is connected.
Secure communication through internet
The encryption library document can be double encrypted by using “PKI” encryption system. It can be sent or received as an attachment in e-mail. Even that this attachment is sent to a wrong recipient, it is not possible for such receiver to decrypt and access this attachment.
Automatic Logon/Logoff
Only by inserting the Key instead of inputting a password, Windows can be automatically logged on. Therefore it is not necessary to remember the password and there is no risk of being peeped or key-logged while entering a password on a keyboard. In addition, it also features such function as automatic logoff, lock of equipment drive and so on.
Screen Saver Lock
After pulling out the Key, the system will be shifted to Screen Saver Lock and the keyboard and mouse will be disabled. It is very suitable when leaving your seat and an important document is being displayed. The screen can be restored only by inserting the Key.
Pass w ord Memory
The ID and password required by some membership website, Inter n et Banking, etc. are saved into the Key, and can be recalled on demand at any time. There are up to 32 groups of membership information that can be saved.
Assignment of user level
The user layer assignment is suitable for one-time assignment, and the document that intends to be read by assigned person or group. For example, the setup allows a document to be read only by the director of human resource department and all the managers but not the general staff, or the setup allows a document to be read only by the assigned personnel, all of such setups can be completed simply and installed on the document server without any problems.

It can be used to secure confidential information inside the enterprise, control illegal visit from outside, establish membership service and simplified identification system, etc. Of course, it also can be used by individual user. |
